PRE-CONDITIONS

  1. No Duplicate Content: The client must not have duplicate sites, duplicate content or pages, redirects, or doorway pages.
  2. Linking Practices: The client should not engage in link farming, spamming techniques, or request/exchange links that may harm the website’s ranking with search engines.
  3. Result Guarantees: While we strive for optimal results in SEO campaigns, a 100% guarantee cannot be provided for specific outcomes on any search engine.
  4. Fee Structure: All fees are non-refundable and payable in advance under any circumstances.
  5. Optimization Changes: If the client alters the optimized pages created by Brand Center USA or fails to implement recommended changes, any guarantees become void.

ETHICAL SEO POLICY

Brand center USA adheres to a strictly ethical SEO policy. The client agrees not to engage in undesirable actions, including spamming, hidden links, links to link farms, page redirect or cloaking techniques, unauthorized submission to search engines, and the use of automated website submission software.

CLIENT’S RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT

For efficient SEO services, the client agrees to provide the following:

  1. Access for On-Page Optimization: Grant Brand center USA FTP and back-end admin access for on-page optimization.
  2. Communication Permissions: Permit direct communication with third parties, such as web designers, when necessary.
  3. Access to Website Statistics: Provide full access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking.
  4. Use of Client Assets: Authorize Brand center USA to use logos, trademarks, website images, and content for SEO purposes.
  5. Content Provision: If the client’s site lacks textual content, the client will provide additional content in electronic format, or it can be created by Brand center USA at an additional cost.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

The client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of Brand center USA information, not disclosing or using it without written consent. Breach of the non-disclosure agreement may result in payment of reasonable damages to Brand center USA.

CONTRACT TERMINATION

The contract concludes upon fulfilling all specified obligations or by mutual agreement. Termination may occur in the case of a breach, mutual agreement, or impossibility due to unforeseen events. Written notice of cancellation is required, with a 30-day notice period after the initial 30 days.

COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

While Brand center USA maintains copyright protection, limited downloading, copying, and distribution of web information for non-commercial purposes are permitted. Modification of website information is prohibited without prior written consent.

REFUND POLICY

Brand center USA does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and automatically renew after each period. Clients are responsible for canceling subscriptions by emailing at least three days before the next billing date.

MESSAGE OPT IN POLICY: 

If client fills a form from our website by going to contact us page, by submitting his phone number, he/she has given us rights to call or text him, If he/she wants to opt-out, he can email us for unsubscribe from our list.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients can cancel subscriptions by emailing at least three days before the next billing date. All subscription fees are non-refundable, and clients must take responsibility for proper cancellation.
